Reduce Stress & Smile More.  With all that we have to do, and all the pressure that comes with it, find some way to relieve stress.  Its not good or nor fun to carry around all this stress that doesn’t do anyone any good.  Find a few new hobbies, partake in something that you love more often or drink a glass of wine.  Exercise is also a great way to relieve stress.  The idea is to relax a lot more than we were in the past so you can enjoy life more.

Have you ever seen someone out and about, or at the office who seems to be smiling for no reason? That is someone you should get to know or mimic.  Smiling is something to surely add to your to do list in 2014.  Why not smile more? It has nice health benefits such as reducing stress, lowering blood pressure and puts you in a better mood.  Not to mention its way more attractive and helps with confidence.  Men always remember a woman’s smile and I'm sure it goes the other way too.  So see your dentists 2-3 times this year so those pearly whites are ready to shine and smile.
