Bond's New Skyfall Girl

Meet Bond's New
SkyFall Girl:

Berenice Marlohe

50 years ago, the world started to discover what the elegance of a lady can be like on the silver screen.  James Bond has set the standard for ladies in movies and the allure of attraction in a supporting actress.  There are normally three types of Bond women, the nice, the not so nice, and the femme fatale (my favorite) who can carry her own to Bond.  How do they celebrate the 50 year anniversary? With a woman who embodies the essence of a Bond woman:  Berenice Marlohe.  This thirty three year old European belle not only tremendous sex appeal, but a rhetorical wit that is memorizing to most.  Expect to see her a lot more in films in the near future.  Click to read her interviews with Esquire and Maxim magazine.

Fashion & Stylish Fall/Winter Coats 2012

Keeping yourself warm just as important as fashionable in the latter months of the year.  Although you don't need to sacrifice quality or style even with the economy still in recovery.  Making a wise choice that is valuable and doesn’t break your pocketbook this year will not only enhance your wardrobe now, but for years to come.

Simple:

Utility, Military or Field Jacket: The most up and coming jacket type is this one.  The utility or field jacket is one with about 3 or more pockets on the outside, and is normally worn by outdoorsman.  This normally light and sleek jacket adds dimension to your outfit with different pockets, buttons and straps to hold many things in more convenient places. The best part is that they are made out of so many different materials, colors and fabric viscosity (thickness) that anyone with any quirky preference can be happy.  J Crew has mastered this process with a wide selection.
Sophisticated:

Bomber:  Just like the track jacket in the spring and the summer a few years ago, the bomber jacket is making itself known this fall, winter season like no other.  Inspired by our very own Air Force, the bomber jacket revives the look of the leather jacket.  Its sleek look allows for a more sporty look to your evolving wardrobe.  Make sure there aren’t a lot of patterns and it fits you well.  This is a jacket that shouldn't hang off your body.  J Crew has a good selection, yet Zara and Gap has the best pricing.

Classic

Peacoat: Switching from the Air Force to the Navy, the pea coat has become a staple for gentleman, and a must have.  Whether belt or knee high in length, the peacoat is the best formal, business and casual jacket in your winter collection and if you need to buy just one jacket this fall, get this one.  The double breasted style adds tradition to your ensemble, yet has a semi-casual look.  Navy is the most common color, but grey is a great alternative.  Steer away from black unless you have to.  J Crew has some great ones at a price. H&M & Gap has the best value pricing.  Express men is impressive with the biggest selection in color, style and length.

Topcoat: Imagine you could have the versatility of a peacoat and the class of an overcoat all in one.  Say hello to the topcoat.  Personal favorite, the topcoat has a great look that keeps your profile sleek and appealing.  Zippers or buttons can change the look, yet they come in a variety of fabrics.  Camel hair is preferred, but wool and cashmere are completely acceptable.  Almost any major retailer will have one.  I have been impressed with Banana Republic’s selection for the past few years and the quality is superb.  Club Monaco has some
great one’s yet at a higher price.
