Valentine's Day Gift

You ordered the flowers, you picked up the little scrumptious gift for you both to enjoy and now you would like ideas on a gift for her.  Is a gift necessary? Simply no.  A gentleman isn’t obligated to give her a gift at all, especially since you would be spending quality time with her, and she should be appreciative of that. 

One thing to keep in mind: if she is the mother of your children, has been married for you for some time, remembers sweetest day in October & did something for your,  or especially has stood by your side through tough times, she deserves a gift the following Valentine’s Day.

Clutch Purse.  Every woman would love a purse at any time as a gift.  But lets be honest, they can be pricey, and she won’t use them all the time.  Why not give the next best thing, the clutch purse.  What is one you ask, well think of a smaller wallet, that can fit inside the purse, or hang on her wrist as she goes out with friends to keep all the essentials inside.  Women have this a lot when out on the town in lounges and clubs.  They have so many at a great price, and you get the best value because she will not only love that you got her one, know that she needed one, but more importantly, that you knew what one is.  Bonus, if she asks you to hold it, its nowhere near the size of the purse and a whole lot less embarrassing if you feel holding a purse is.

Sophisticated

Perfume.  Imagine being the person who enhanced your woman’s presence?  Perfume does that easily.  The fragrance that she puts on is a defining characteristic for a woman, as it is for a man, if not more so.  It is one of the things people remember most about them.  There are three women I remember every time I smell their signature fragrance.  That’s the impression you can create.  There are many types and brands, so be cautious, this is one of the more difficult gifts to get because is people are picky about their fragrances.  A great way is to do some homework by asking her what she is wearing, or if you happen to live with her or are over, look at what she has.  Then go to Sephora and ask them to suggest one for you.  Just make sure you don’t pick one that reminds you of a woman in the past, she will find out and it will not be a pleasant conversation. 

Classic

A Red Dress.  There is nothing more beautiful than seeing your lady in a dress of one of these three colors: Black, white and red.  There is something about a red dress that draws a particular type of appeal and attraction that almost is second to none.  Ok, slow down, before you start thinking about others looking at her wearing it and saying to yourself, “I don’t want that kind of attention on her”, lets remember, she is with you, and EVERY TIME she wears it she will be thinking of YOU.  Ninety five times out of one hundred, she will be wearing when out with you.  The joy and respectful attention you benefit from because you will be that guy with that woman in which people will feel as if you are the luckiest man in the room.  That is a feeling that you two can share together and create great memories to come.
