Men Have Gone Mad … Over Her
2013 is surely a year people are looking forward to. Included in that is the most anticipated series on television Mad Men. Surely the focus is on what happens to Don Draper, but my eyes will be focused on Betty Draper. January Jones has transformed the traditional stay at home wife from a boring companion to the reason most other men would rush home every night to have dinner with her across the table.
Appearing in many other movies such as Love Actually, Anger Management, and American Wedding, she has surely made her mark in Hollywood. In 2011, she gave birth to her first child. In addition to working with SNL, she worked with Vanity Fair in 2009 to speak out for endangered sharks. Rounding out her professional accomplishments by winning the Screen Actors Guild Award three times for her performance on Mad Men. The best part about this sassy house wife, is that she isn’t really anything like Betty Draper. Maybe that’s why she is so appealing while playing in character. The one thing I can say, before I wasn’t really into blonds, but I sure am now.
